Going through this course will make you better understand product issues and aspects in an agile world, you will broaden your portfolio techniques and master them – how to manage projects or teams so that you can help provide successful deliveries which bring an extra value to the customers. As in our other training courses, we will share a number of practical examples from our own experience with you.
