An Agile leader does not need to be a manager
In two days full of practical examples and cases, follow-up exercises but also some essential theory, we will demonstrate the basic ideas of an Agile approach and the related techniques. We will go through team creation and composition together, people and project management, frequent mistakes, metrics, the manager’s role and much more. When you finish the course, you will know what Agile means, what to pay attention to and what to avoid, and, above all, how to be a good agile leader (be it in an non-agile environment).
