Not even mentioning such situation when the whole organization undergoes an agile transformation. The recruitment methods, employee development methods and the bonus systems are changing. The change of the HR working methods might (and believe it should) go hand in hand with such a process. In this course, we will share our experience from various organizations, we will give you plenty of tips and we will guide you through writing a recruitment advertisement.
