When implementing Agile or Lean processes, the first step is the “mechanical” part of it in the form of introducing ceremonies, responsibilities and various techniques. Adopting them is just a matter of becoming competent. The hard part is adopting a new mindset. For example, taking responsibility.
Maybe as a leader you are the one who has to constantly come up with ideas, pour energy into any change where escalation and problems accumulate. Are you looking for a way to transfer co-responsibility to other people in the organization? Are you attracted to the vision of autonomous teams, but don’t know how to change the mindset of people in the organization?
