What you will learn during the PSPO course
Over the 2 days, you develop and solidify your knowledge of being a Product Owner. We will do this through instruction and team-based exercises. The breadth of the role’s responsibilities in delivering a successful product will become more clear from an Agile perspective. For example, we will identify metrics to measure value. And we will cover ways to align your product vision with the business strategy and company vision.
This PSPO course is much more than just a set of slides and an instructor. It is made up of discussions and hands-on exercises. And they are based on real-life cases you can relate to. Additionally there is a lot of space to bring in your own challenges. As a result, you will be able to use the theory to resolve complex challenges at your own workplace.
Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification
All participants completing the PSPO course receive one password to take the Scrum.org PSPO I assessment. But do you attempt the PSPO I assessment within 14 days after the course and you score less than 85%? Then you get a 2nd attempt for free. And as a student of the PSPO course you also get a discount on the PSPO II and PSPO III assessments.

If you have done your first attempt within two weeks after participating in the training course but you didn’t pass the assessment, the trainer will personally give you feedback on the topics you scored the least. This will help you a lot to prepare for the free second attempt.
