The breadth of the role’s responsibilities in delivering a successful product will become more clear from an Agile perspective. For example, we will identify metrics to measure value. And we will cover ways to align your product vision with the business strategy and company vision.
This PSPO course is much more than just a set of slides and an instructor. It is made up of discussions and hands-on exercises. And they are based on real-life cases you can relate to. Additionally there is a lot of space to bring in your own challenges. As a result, you will be able to use the theory to resolve complex challenges at your own workplace.
